All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If for
some reason a product does not meet your approval, simply return
it to us within 10 days for replacement or store credit.
Order discrepancies or damaged product must be
reported within 3 business days of receipt.
If you find something that we are missing, please
email us with your suggestions.
Shipping and handling charges are in addition to
product prices and are based on the total weight of your order.
We primarily ship via UPS for most of our shipments
However, should you require us to ship to a P.O. Box, military
(APO) address, or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we will modify
your shipment to be delivered via USPS. Please note that we
reserve the right to modify your ship method when appropriate.
Items in stock USUALLY ship in 1 - 2 business
days. Actual delivery of your order may take 3 - 6 business days
depending on where you live and the shipping option you select.
All orders are shipped out of our Hollister, CA facility. At
checkout, the number of in-transit days will be noted in
parentheses (this number does not include the time required to
process and pack your order).
You will receive a tracking number from UPS once
your order has been processed and shipped.
We package all of our products in Styrofoam
peanuts to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. Check
your shipment promptly. If there is damage to your product(s),
leave the carton as-is with packing materials intact. If there
is damage to any of your products, please notify us within 72
hours so that we can make proper arrangements.
An Important Word About Chocolates and Caramel
During the hot, summer months, we may require
your shipment to be delivered via expedited services such as
2-Day or 3-Day due to the perishable nature of some of our
